Throughout my career I have worked with multiple coaches, consultants and mentors. Some I chose but many were chosen by the company um diese jungs herumblättern. A typical song and dance that outlined the professional’s background and acumen, followed by one on one channel manager meetings and the rehashing of already known issues. The introductions, roll outs and subsequent interactions were always the same and never moving the needle. Our paths crossed in 2014 and I admittedly entered in with the same pre-conceived notions of my past experiences.
Quickly, I noticed a passion and approach that was sincere and valued each team member’s contribution. Bringing comrades and adversaries together for a common goal requires more than just a successful background in running highly productive teams. It requires a knowledge of people, a company’s culture, finding the skills in their leadership and combining all these items into a strategy that is the catalyst for change.

I have known Lynda for over three decades and over all those years she has imprinted positively on my life on a professional and personal level.
